FACE VENEER COMPOSER

This veneer composer is designed to joint relatively thin veneer sheets of short and/or random widths in a continuous way along a parallel-to-grain line while removing their defective portions, and then to cut the jointed sheet into sheets of a desired width, for producing face of back sheets of a format size for plywood.
The composer uses strands of glue threads each made of polyester fibers wrapped by hotmelt adhesive and applied in spots at spaced intervals along the joint line.
The veneer sheets cut into the format size are delivered to the subsequent stacking station.

PRECISION VENEER COMPOSER
[NFC-AVEC-4TR]

This machine is used advantageously for producing core stock for plywood from veneer sheets of short and/or random widths.
It comprises a series of equipment includig a veneer tenderizer, a veneer composer having substantially the same functions as the Face Veneer Composer and an automatic veneer stacker.
Dried and hence warped veneer sheets are firstly flattened by the tenderzier and then jointed continuously one after another.
Upon clipping the jointed veneer sheet in sheets of a desired format size, they are delivered to the stacking station to be stacked into a neat pile.
The joint is so accurate that the resulting sheet can offer substantially the same quality as a one-piece sheet.

HOTMELT COMPOSER [NU-AVEC-8.6.10]

This veneer composer is designed specifically to joint relatively thick veneer sheets of short and/or random widths in a continuous manner along a parallel-to-grain line while cutting off their defective portions, and then to cut the jointed sheet into sheet of a desired width, for producing back or core center stock for plywood.
Jointing is accomplished by laying six strands of glue threads each made of polyester fibers warpped by hotmelt adhesive at spaced intervals across the veneer prain while pressing and cooling the threads.
When increased joint strength is required, additional hotmelt glue may applied to the points where the glue threads intersects the joint line.
The veneer sheets cut into the desired size are delivered to the subsequent stacking station.

HOTMELT COMPOSER [NU-AVEC-4R]

This veneer composer is designed to joint continuously relatively thick veneer sheets of short and/or random widths along a parallel-to-grain line while cutting off their defective portions and then to cut the jointed sheet into sheets of a desired width, for producing core stock for plywood panel.
Veneer jointing and stacking are performed substantially in the same manner as in the hotmelt composer NU-AVEC-8.
